A Unified Cyber Risk Management Platform for Federal Mandates

CISA, the operational lead for federal cybersecurity, recognizing the need to define standard operational defense capabilities for the federal government, with the support and input of over 100 Federal Civilian Executive Branch Agencies (FCEBs), developed the FOCAL Plan.
